Job Description: Perform IT Project Management technical liaison role
between Wolters Kluwer business units (internal customers), Global Shared
Services (GSS), Supplier(s) and the Office365 Program teams and
stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
• Manages assigned Office365 and related infrastructure projects and
associated tasks providing PMO oversight, planning and budgeting guidance
- Monitors projects to ensure conformance with Wolters Kluwer requirements,
policies and standards.
- Validates project scopes are realistic and there are committed
stakeholders; Manage stakeholder expectations.
- Provides risk management function for assigned projects.
- Identifies program implementation dependencies and ensure success from
timing, business priority, & financial perspectives.
- Ensures programs meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user
requirements, and identify and resolve program issues.
- Works with customers, GSS personnel, and supplier(s) to manage project
workflow, resource allocation and capacity management.
- Participates in Supplier(s) project status meetings.
- Assures priority tasks are getting attention and meeting milestone
deliverables. Report on milestones.
- Manages escalations of project related issues to ensure timely
resolutions.
• Establishes and maintains effective partnerships with IT principals in
each business unit and supplier(s).
• Partners with business units to help drive adoption of Office365 related
initiatives and ensure timelines are met.
• Participates in the development of the operations and support model for
the Office365 program.
• Creates and delivers Executive level presentations representing both the
progress of Office365 (as a whole) as well as at an individual project
level.
• Creates and manages project plans that drive the successful achievement
of Office365 related initiatives
• Creates and clearly communicates business and financial analyses and
models to facilitate decision-making and drive results.
