Design and create complex framework manager models. Design Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting systems Perform OLAP Analysis Utilize Performance Management solutions including Cognos Planning and Cognos TM1 and Data Warehousing Architecting, hands-on metadata modeling, hands-on development, and hands-on administration of Cognos applications with high degree of success Determine client Business Requirements and develop functional and technical specifications needed to construct custom-fit analysis and reporting solutions. 12+ years of experience in Reporting solutions Extensive experience with Congnos tools like Report Studio, Analysis Studio,Query Studio, Workspace, Workspace Advanced, Connection & Frame Work Manager. Experience with Teradata Strong dimensional modeling skills Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting and OLAP Analysis, and Performance Management solutions including Cognos Planning and Cognos TM1 and Data Warehousing Metadata modeling Should have Implemented, Upgraded and Managed Cognos Reporting Systems (BI) including implementations of the fully integrated Cognos systems Good knowledge and experience in using EAI concepts Very good knowledge of JEE stack , Cognos SDK Extensive knowledge of Data warehousing, Data Analysis, Source to Target Mapping, Multi dimensional modeling and Relational modeling, Star schema, Snow flake schema, Fact and dimension tables and ETL Processes Experience working in reporting solutions for financial domain Hands on experience in installation and configuration in Cognos Environment Should have experience in Data ware house Design Experience in Cognos 10.2.1 Cognos BI Lead Day to day lead for execution team Lead for Report Development, Meta data Modeling Deployment and Operational Support Develop data models, design specifications, and metadata.
