*Job Responsibilities:*

•        7 -8 years of MSCRM experience.

•         Understanding of configuration and customization of Microsoft CRM
2011 On-Premise.

•         Rich knowledge in Insurance industry processes.

•         Expertise in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Stakeholder
management.

•         Conduct requirements elaboration by interacting with client SME’s.

•         Work with Functional / IT Analyst on requirement details.

•         Facilitate Gap-Fit Analysis of requirements along with technical
team.

•         Responsible for creating Functional Specifications Documents.

•         Responsible to ensure that the business and functional
requirements are verified, and obtain sign-off from client when required.

•         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Microsoft Dynamics
CRM 2011 and 2013 at support levels two and three.

•         Functional analysis and documentation of issues and resolutions.

•         Ability to demonstrate the highest-level of professionalism while
exercising patience and empathy in dealing with user frustrations.

•         Capable of presenting issues and resolutions to stakeholders
during status and ad hoc meetings.

•         Skilled at support activities that include:

o   Incident and Service Request Management

o   Knowledge Management

o   Break Fix

o   Status Reporting

o   Ad-Hoc Requests



*Desired Skills:*

•         Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

•         Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast
pace environment.

•         Capable with handling requests and working with offshore
development and maintenance team.



*Job Roles / Responsibilities:*

•              Overall responsibility for the project execution, delivery
performance from Cognizant

•              Escalation point of contact for XL Insurance team

•              Participates in Governance and Review Meetings with XL
Management & Stakeholders

•              Communicate with XL Insurance stakeholders  for requirement
clarification and dependency resolution

•              Reviews Ticket Analysis, root cause analysis  and  recommends
preventive maintenance  activities

•              Ensure Quality, benchmarking, SLA adherence
