*MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR FACE TO FACE AFTER PHONE SCREEN. * Description: Our client needs an engineer that can help roll out Cisco Voice products to remote locations. They should SR quality and Cisco Voice certification is preferred. Need experience with Cisco Call manager. They have Call Manager Servers and will be upgrading to 10x after they finish deploying the current project they are working on. The individual will be responsible for day to day technical support of client technologies while working within a managed services team, monitoring, troubleshooting, support and repair of network infrastructure (Route /Switch / Server WAN Integration), telecommunication infrastructure, specifically Cisco UC, Call Manager, Data Center, Presence Server, and Express. The System Support Engineer will interface will all departments across the organization and will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers. Responsible for Cisco Voice roll outs to remote locations Support between Cisco phones Support 2 integrated Call Manager servers Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and requests with business applications Prioritize incidents and change requests based on defined criteria and service level agreements and effectively communicate with the customer on incident status Develop and document work procedures and troubleshooting guidelines Participate in technology projects, quality assurance testing and other activities as assigned.
