Role : *Agile Business Analyst* Location : Detroit, MI Duration : 6 Months CTH
We are looking for a candidate that has experience working in an Enterprise Software Application environment interfacing with clients to elicit requirements during requirement gathering workshops. The candidate will serve as the conduit between the development team and the client. This individual will be responsible for collaborating on the requirements with developers and subject matter experts to analyze functional requirements and delivering the following artifacts as needed: Functional Design Documents, Use Cases, User Interface Specifications, Business Process Flows and/or Testing Scenarios. The ideal candidate should be innovative, flexible and a self-starter. They may work with multiple initiatives simultaneously in group or individual settings under the direction of a project manager and/or an architect, Strong analytical skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a diverse group of Technical Architects, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Implementation through deployment • At least one year experience on an agile project as an Agile BA, Product Owner or Scrum Master • Experience creating user stories and backlog grooming • Experience with creating mockups, storyboards and wireframes • Experience with MS Office and MS Visio • Experience with leading/facilitating requirement meetings during business requirement gathering sessions or design discussions • Solid experience in gathering requirements and translating the requirements into functional design specifications, use cases and/or business process flows • Prior experience interpreting user needs and writing/editing functional design specifications • Must be able to manage and prioritize requirements and adjust the requirements based on timeline, complexity and other business drivers • Must be comfortable conducting constructive communications with the client for requirement changes and scope changes that may result in changes to the original level of effort or timeline. *reply to* *hab...@addonusa.com <hab...@addonusa.com>* *HABEEB* Addon Technologies, Inc 734-956-4737 Ext: 160 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
