*RESPONSIBILITIES*

·  The Support Coordinator will handle the effective resolution of
technical and operational issues that affect online eCommerce activities
through managing tickets assigned to them and the prioritization of work
for the offshore and onsite Engineering Team.

·  Quickly identify solutions to a range of complex problems that may be
affecting critical business areas

·  Ticket-handling and issue resolution processes and systems.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

·  The Consultant must be methodical, well organized and ensures that they
always deliver on their objectives.

·  Good knowledge of products, marketing strategy and business.

·  Experience of working in a technology support function, with strong
knowledge of issue resolution and support services and systems.

·  Must understand concepts such as Escalation, Issue Diagnosis, Service
Level Agreements (SLAs) and Time to Resolution.

·  Good technical skills developed either as a Service Analyst / Product
Specialist/ Tech Lead.

·  A strong focus on Customer Service and Support

·  An effective communicator who can deal with difficult situations
quickly, whilst keeping key stakeholders and partners fully-informed of
developments

·  Able to build relationships beyond the technology community to work
effectively with users to be seen as a key contact and supporter of
customer-facing business activities.

·  Produce reports and statistics showing the team’s performance in
resolving tickets and handling key issues that affect the AOS platform and
other related systems.

·  Excellent attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency with
spreadsheets, databases and

online systems.
