*Job Description:* The Tester is responsible for compiling test plans and detailed test case scenarios based on business requirements and technical application specifications. The Tester will be required to produce weekly reports on project progress and track to ensure project delivery is meeting agreed upon timelines with the business partners. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Develops and executes test plans. Writes and maintains test scripts that match test plans, creates data sheets to be used with test scripts, performs manual, negative, and regression tests by executing batches on automated scripts. Reviews, comments on and approves various design specs; submits accurate defects with clear, repeatable steps, analyzes defects to ascertain sources and nature of defects. Acts as functional expert on QA standards and process and administers this process on an ongoing basis. The QA Tester will be a member of the daily SCRUM team. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ensure data integrity for the data conversion process.
