*Lead Performance Tester* Location : Washington, DC Duration : Long term *Qualifications:* • Minimum seven (7) years of relevant QA experience with 2+ years in a QA Lead role • Minimum three (3) years in performance engineer role Job Description: • Assist with the development of a comprehensive quality assurance roadmap that focuses on the current pain-points observed across the enterprise • Conduct interviews with stakeholders • Review current documentation of as-is process • Assist with Developing To-be-process • Document gaps and opportunities for improvement • Assist with recommendations to enhance existing, and identify missing, program policies, procedures and processes • Develop meaningful metrics for measurements • Assist with to-be policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, work instruction • Evaluate current organizational structure roles, tools & repositories and make recommendation • Assist with the development of Governance Processes • Establish process audit capabilities • Dashboard and Reporting capabilities • Enterprise Learning and Adoption Plan for Deployment of Quality Program • Estimate project size and testing effort • Prepare test plan and test strategy • Assist with setup and installation of test environment / platforms • Capture, analyze, report QA metrics • Ensure content and structure of all testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained • Create, review test conditions, test cases and test scripts • Responsible for test execution; Report and maintain software defects of defect management system • Provide leadership and mentoring to a team of QA engineers • Monthly Progress Report • Hands-on working experience with performance testing on both Web and Webservices protocols • Good understanding of performance counters • Interpretations of parameters captured and bottleneck analysis • Performance test execution, test result analysis and reporting • Set-up, configuration and customization of the monitoring agents on the systems *reply to* *hab...@addonusa.com <hab...@addonusa.com>* *HABEEB* Addon Technologies, Inc 734-956-4737 Ext: 160 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
