One of our Clients is looking for: *SQL Server BI Tech Lead - 10 years* *Hartford, CT, United States* *6 months+* *Requisition Details:* • 6+ years of hands-on experience in MSBI (with at least 1 to 2 ETL /BI development or maintenance projects) • Strong experience in designing reporting solutions with MSBI including datamart design • Strong SSRIS , SSIS , SQL 2008/12 skills • SQL Server ETL Developer • Strong experience in SQL skills & data optimization skills • Reporting Services & Cognos experience would be a plus • Good At performance tuning of reports and ETL Packages • Capable of converting requirements to detailed tech specs • Capable of Unit testing work at a detailed level; takes ownership of bugs and traces them to closure or escalates as applicable • Working experience in RDBMS (preferably SQL server 2005 and 2008 and oracle) • Good Datawarehousing concept • Good Communication Skills • Good Analytical Skills • Expertise in leading the project • Some .NET skills • Support back end portions of web based applications • Good communications skills since the work involves working directly with business users – no requirements/ design specs are created • Good Customer facing skills 2 professional references of the Reporting Manager from latest projects highly desired.
