location is MILWAUKEE,WI Java Tuning in OTM is dependent on JVM Performance JRock it Performs as the whole application logic has been written in Java so he should be able to tune Java and JVM Tune Web and App server also monitor Garbage Collection frequently for JVM performance improvement Tune Apache or Tomcat Web Logic OTM Diagnostic Servlets OTM Event Diag Servlet OTM Mediator Diag Servlet OTM Object Lock Diag Servlet OTM Connection Pool Diag Servlet OTM Bean Cache Servlet Tune Hardware / Platforms CPU/Operating System Well-versed with System Tools to Monitor web and app servers Should have exposure to Oracle DB Stats pack Increase memory (PGA / SGA / etc) Please look for OTM Architect resources who has System Admin experience as mixed combination in the recent experiences or prior Admin experiences who has Architect level experience in present can be projected .
