Responsibilities: Helping with ticket que, back filling people that are doing ac2 campus buildout (will be helping with that as well) idf and ndf, routing and switching cabling Racking and stacking, configs Qualifications: Cisco router and switch design, implementation, operations and troubleshooting Must have a valid license to drive to other office locations Strong wireless background with cisco AP's and controllers. Expert knowledge with 802.11 troubleshooting -supporting the wireless, wireless mid and senior need to be pick up very quickly Personality is a big thing, gets along really well, friendly and outgoing Good communication skills Required: (1 x Wireless Expert) Cisco APs (they use 3702i) Cisco Prime for management Dense wireless environments (1 per 1000sq.ft); ~5 devices per person 802.11a/b/g/n/ac along with 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz Coverage (RSSI, SNR, Tx Power) Data Rates (2.4GHz, 5GHz) DCA Channel List Channel Width and Utilization Noise, Interference Proficient with Packet Analysis (via Wireshark) UNIX knowledge is a must Knowledge with routing/switch (not an expert but mid-level) Required: (2 x Routing/Switching) Cisco environment (6500, 4500, 3850, 6880) Nexus OS a plus (N3K, N5K, N7K) ACL (Access Lists) management- troubleshooting and updates EIGRP, BGP, OSPF Firewall knowledge (Cisco ASA) Copper and fiber cabling infrastructure, MPOE/MDF/IDF closets, patch panels New building builds and connectivity options between buildings (1G, 10G, Microwave) · Juniper is a MUST for Routing and Switching Position 2: Title: Network Engineer – Data Center, Nexus Job Location: Cupertino, CA Job Description: Our customer is seeking a candidate who has experience in device upgrades, debugging and troubleshooting. Qualifications: · Cisco Nexus 2K 3K 5K 7K, VPC, IP Addressing (CCNA, CCNP) · L2/L3/ACL/DHCP/Kickstart troubleshooting · Ticket Queues, Port Configs, Device Upgrades · Linux Skills are good, Mac Experience is good · Onsite 9-5, Contract 6mo, No perm commitment but possible, could extend · Lots of customer interaction, interrupt oriented place · Good Attitude, Good Communication Skills Position3: Title: Senior Network Engineer- Security Job Location: Cupertino, CA Job Description: Our customer is seeking a Senior Network Engineer who has experience with Juniper routing and switching. Qualifications: · Mainly Cisco Nexus NX OS (N3K, N5K, N7K) · Juniper Routing and Switching is a MUST · Proficient with ACL (Access Lists) management; you either troubleshoot issues or make updates · Proficiency in EIGRP, BGP, OSPF · Firewall knowledge (Cisco ASA and bringing in Palo Alto Networks - PANS - also) · Knowledge of copper and fiber cabling infrastructure · Knowledge of new building builds and connectivity options between buildings · Proficient with Packet Analysis (via Wireshark) · Security with Juniper and Cisco is MUST Let me know if you have questions.
