*Project Location* *Bay Area, CA* *Duration* *6+ Months/ Contract * *Interviewing Process: Phone + Skype Visa: Any* *JOB DESCRIPTION * Job Title: Mobile SA - Production Support, Mobile enabled Web (MeW) and Native Apps *Overview of Position*: Mobile SA – Production Support is a Mobile technology Systems Analyst role for the Mobile Production support team. The member will still be part of the core Systems Analyst group; however, he/she will be working very closely with the Mobile production support and Mobile Fast Track teams. The successful hire will provide Mobile enabled Web (MeW), iPhone/ Android App application analysis and API support to development and QA teams. The person will provide support for mission critical applications such as online eCommerce website, Mobile Web Commerce, and eCommerce Mobile Apps. This position involves spending 50% of the time performing defect analysis for Mobile production support tickets and remaining on enhancement/development analysis activities on Support Fast Track project. Person should have a strong mindset of application support and analysis background. The activities include defect/issue triaging, feature file reviews in ATDD environment and drive solutions with developers/ architects for defects/ enhancements; and champion the analysis process for the production defect tickets in the Mobile stream. The successful applicant will closely work with Operations, Quality Engineering, Business Analyst, PdMs, Development team and other technical teams in a highly collaborative environment to provide responses with a quick-turnaround. Additional responsibilities may include providing technical leadership and clarification for offshore teams and other team resources. * Key Accountabilities*: • Work closely with product managers to develop excellent understanding of business needs; collaborate with architects and development teams to come up with high-level systems design that is aligned with reference architecture, technology roadmap, software development best practices, patterns and standards. • Decompose high-level business requirements from Business and develop lower-level stories/tasks that can be readily assigned to various project team members. • Demonstrate Kanban style approach in handling priority on multiple Mobile support tickets for analysis. • Create system design documentation following standard templates; take initiatives to periodically review and recommend improvements to the templates as needs arise and to keep all documentation up-to-date. • Act as subject matter expert (SME) in assigned business and technical domains with an excellent understanding of business and system processes, inter-relationship/dependencies/interactions among system components and how things work end to end. • Collaborate with architecture and development teams to document assumptions and provide software development estimates for new business features, identify dependencies and risks, and work with team to minimize, mitigate and/or workaround risks. • Communicate high-level design recommendations to a varied audience and obtain buy-in. • Participate in technical feasibility study, solution architecture definition, proof of concept/technology and actively contribute toward these efforts. • Develop and maintain vision for the web/mobile platform, coordinating with product and engineering teams. • Knowledge of web architecture & experience working on projects related to responsive web applications. • Any experience with native mobile application (IOS, Android) platforms will be an added advantage. * Skills Summary:* • BA/BS Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience • MeW/Secure-m: Java, JavaScript Technologies (JQuery, RequireJS, HandlebarsJS, BackboneJS, NodeJS, etc), REST API integration, Heroku (or any cloud hosting provider) • Mobile Apps: Java, Objective C (Knowledge of IOS and Android platform) • Experience working on web application using HTML5, CSS3 • UI Layer skills using Browser Plugins such as FireBug, Developer Tools, Chrome & Mobile Tools • J2EE, JSP, Servlets, and SQL • Experience with Monitoring tools like DynaTrace, Splunk, CoRadiant, KeyNote is a strong plus • Strong analytical and problem solving skills a mustJob Thanks and Regards, Udbhav Mathur | Technology Resource Group Inc. 3736 Hillsdale Court Santa Clara, CA 95051 Office:408-709-1760 Ext : 701, Direct: 408-933-9520 Gtalk & Y!M: <http://www.tresourceinc.com/> udbhav.intime | Fax: 408-213-8316 udb...@tresourceinc.com | www.tresourceinc.com [image: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: Description: cid:image002.png@01CFCEA0.899C3A00] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
