Our client is looking for a Senior UX Designer for our first-of-its-kind sales analytics platform, which combines a proprietary, active-learning network with applications that are intuitive, stunning, data backed, and built on predictive analyses. Our ideal candidate will be creative and adaptive, and will have the ability to solve complex design problems and create highly desirable visual designs (including layouts, color guides, and style guides), interaction patterns and user experiences. You must be able to articulate design and implementation using a variety of mediums, from information diagrams and interaction flows to detailed prototypes, and you must be driven to create innovative, world-class products as part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team. Strong visual and interaction design skills complemented by coding skills on relevant techniques/technologies are a must: CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript. Experience with both web and mobile environments is strongly preferred. Requirements •Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field (HCI, graphic, interactive or communication design) with appropriate work experience; •5+ years of hands-on web or front-end development experience and UX experience; •Strong design sensibilities (research, interaction, and visual) and attention to detail; •Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator; •The ability to prototype using HTML/CSS/JavaScript; •Excellent command of CSS and a deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies; •Outstanding communication, design thought-leadership, presentation and storytelling skills; •Experience with visualizing Big Data analytics and CRM a big plus.
