*Job Title: QA Automation Tester with Eggplant exp* *Location: Dallas, TX* *Duration : 12 months* *Responsibilities:* Create modular, maintainable and reusable test scripts that satisfy testing requirements of application through the entire life cycle Coordinate with agile teams, including software development, QA, BA and PM, to ensure timely and appropriate coverage is obtained through automation Use the current framework in place to create the automated scripts using the industry standard tool Eggplant. Track and report defects using appropriate tools such as Quality Center or another related type tool Record and report on testing metrics *Skills Required:* Min. 5 yrs. of automated functional testing exp. Eggplant. Must have 7+ years of total automation experience. (Must have experience with Eggplant, QTP, and QC) Good knowledge on automation frameworks and HP Quality Center 5+ yrs. Of direct exp. with scripting/programming languages such as VB Script, Perl, Java, C++, etc. Resource should have worked in a Linux type of environment Previous SQL or Oracle query experience Experience in the development and implementation of automated software testing solutions and quality assurance best practices and methodologies Min. 5 - 7 years in Agile Development Methodology Exp.
