Hope you are doing great. We are currently working with our customer for identifying the following position. Please go through the following description and let us know thoughts. *Position : Test Engineer (SDET)* *Location : Austin, TX - Local Candidates highly preferred* *Duration : 1 year* *Description:* • Experience with Web Services, SOA, API testing, Web/Database testing (RESTful, .net web services, SQL) • Good Experience with web UI testing tools such as selenium/web driver, coded UI etc... • Experience building or adapting automated testing frameworks • Extensive coding experience in C# or Java programming • Ability to write new automated tests and frameworks that exercise the target product code and ensure quality for functional and non-functional requirements • Ability to understand product designs, conduct product code reviews and provide feedback • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft test manager (MTM) and TFS • Work in a fast-paced Agile environment. • Good communication and cross-group collaboration skills • Strong problem solving skills. • Collect and analyze metrics, prepare Test Automation Status and test results summary Reports. • Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents.
