*Global Supply Chain IT Platform Services Service Operations Expert–
Logistics*



The accepted candidate will join the Platform Services Global Supply Chain
IT team as a Service Operations Expert (SOE) supporting our Supply Chain
Logistics application portfolio. The candidate will be *responsible for
Level 3 support* escalation and minor enhancement deliverables across the
application portfolio including SAP, 3rd party, and custom solutions.
Essential job functions include:

·         *Support:*

o    Provide Level 3 support for bugs, defects, and break/fix issues for
users across application portfolio and for interfaces with other systems.

o    Problem management analysis.

o    Drive efforts to proactively identify application or system issues
improving availability and performance.

o    Ensure application Service Level agreements are exceeded by
maintaining ownership of incidents through resolution.

o    Create knowledge base articles to drive self service capabilities and
empower tier one resources to resolve issues without escalation.

o    Advocate for business stakeholder needs across technical teams
ensuring issues are remediated quickly and customer’s needs are met.

·         *Enhancements:*

o    Develop business requirement documentation for minor system
enhancements.

o    Participate in scope definition, timeline development, and testing
meeting sessions.

o    Review requirements with business stakeholders, developers, and
testers to ensure consistent expectations.

o    Partner with IT resources (Developers, DBA, Tech Lead, Tester, and
Release Coordinator) to complete minor enhancement deliverables.

o    Complete configuration in SAP Logistics modules related to plant
creation.

·         Review documentation for consistency and correctness.

·         Manage a workload with changing priorities and demands.



*Required Skills:*

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering,
Supply Chain Management or related field is required.

·         Application Support experience in resolving software issues.

·         *Minimum of 3 years’ experience in documentation of business
requirements and processes.*

·         *Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SAP Logistics and
Transportation modules*.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills from both business
and technical perspectives.

·         Self-starter, motivated, and strong team player.

·         Excellent teaming skills and strong work ethic is an absolute
must.

·         Strong debugging/troubleshooting skills within an SAP environment.

·         Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving user
needs.

·         Ability to build business and technical networks and
relationships at all levels of the organization.

·         Knowledge Management creation.

·         Problem Management analysis.

·         Demonstrates strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Strong team orientation, collaboration skills, and interpersonal

*Skills:*

·         *Experience with SAP Modules: SD, WM/IM, PP*.

·         *Minimum of 4 years successful application experience using
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.*

·         Experience with test driven requirements.

·         Familiarity with Remedy IT Service Management tool.

·         Experience with Crystal Report development use and other
reporting tools such as Business Objects.

·         Broad-based technology knowledge, with a curiosity that leads to
continuous learning, and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, concepts,
and technologies.

·         Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
