Has the ability to understand architecture and integrations with *Javabased SOA* 7. Has strong Relationship Building skills 8. Has basic understanding of Build/Deployment process knowledge in Java applications 9. MUST have Strong Communication Skills 10. Communicate implementation plans, status, and issues to several stakeholders 11. Contribute to implementation plan (including contact lists, communication plan, back out strategy, and Production verification) and review with project teams and stakeholders 12. Act as central point of contact for specified environments within product releases 13. Work with environment team for requirement review, setup and configuration of pre prod environments 14. Influence parallel development strategies including branching, merging, and version management 15. Identifies areas of risk and conflict within and across multiple releases and work with project teams to mitigate these issues 16. Needs Change Management process knowledge and tool experience (e.g. CA service desk, HP Service Manager) *Desired Skills* 1. MDB 2. Java J2EE development skills preferred 3.
