Job Description:
Key skills required for the job are:

   - SCCM Admin - System Center Configuration Manager (Mandatory)
   - BSM Admin (Mandatory)
   - Microsoft System Center Operations Manager
   - 6-8 years of Experience in SCCM Administration.
   - Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
   - Good interpersonnel Skills.
   - The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.
   - Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing
   environment.

*Key skills required: (in the order of priority)*

   - SCCM 2012 Infrastructure –manage large hierarchy (CAS & primaries)
   with 300k clients built on SQL Cluster, manage boundaries, content
   distribution issues, troubleshooting issues etc.
   - SCCM 2012 Operations – Software Deployment (app and package model),
   Client Mgmt, Mobile Device Mgmt, Patch Management, Reporting, DCM.
   - SQL Administration – handling SQL in clusters,  good on SQL queries
   - PowerShell expertise to automate deployments.
   - Detailed knowledge of Active directory, windows desktop and server
   operating systems
   - OSD – experience on creating OSD task sequences/troubleshooting.

As a Senior Administrator, you should be able to handle first point
escalation for all technical and process issues. Provide technical subject
matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick
resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating
with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his
/ her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective
teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Hardware troubleshooting &
Vendor coordination Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports. Participate
in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis. Take
corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys. Work on the
service improvement programs. Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for
new projects. Training of new team members. Able to work on Knowledge
acquisition and updates to related documents
