Job Description: We Are posting this position to backfill for the client Team member that has been re-assigned to a special project for a year. This position is responsible for understanding and using advanced query, analysis and reporting tools to extract and report data from cross-functional database. This is a technical position that is responsible for a development of tools and metric associated with procurement measurement and performance. Aditionally this role is responsible for the data collection and strategic analysis to support procurment initiatives and organizational objectives. Key Skills: Maintains advanced technical knowledge of database query tolls (i.e Power BI, BI Query, etc). and recommends usage to drive efficiency and meet business needs defines procurement system requirements and leads projects to develop and implement enhancements. Design, develops, and maintains data collection tools and reporting. Analyzes and interprets data for corrective action and proactive continuous improvement. Performs data collection, compliance measurement and prepares reports. Trains internal and external customers in procurement procedures, processes and systems. Develops, communicates and measures business processes. Performs business process audits. Administers department sharepoint portal and procurement system. Develops business cases and cost benefit analysis. Education: Bachelors degree in Business or Supply Chain Experience: 2+ years of business experience.
