Installs, configures, and troubleshoots workstations, and servers in a heterogeneous environment. Maintains password security, data integrity, and file system security. Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades. Education: 4-year degree or equivalent experience Experience: Entry level experience in desktop and networked systems support Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of procedures, utilities and program scripts is preferred *Qualifications:* Education (i.e. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance) • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
