Job Description Currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team of distributed agile software development team, primarily responsible for the design of a web interface of a complex multi-tier web-based system. Assuming full responsibility for their part of the solution, including understanding requirements, the engineer maintains product quality, and communicates with peers and other stakeholders to ensure the overall success of the team effort. This position reports to the Project Manager. Successful Senior Software Engineers are self-motivated with a good combination of technical and personal skills and can work in a fast-paced environment as a part of a diverse development team. They have domain knowledge in the oilfield industry, knowledge of agile methodologies and test-driven development, and experience with application lifecycle management using Microsoft TFS. Responsibilities Understands system purpose, architecture requirements, and applicable quality standards. Works on software solution development using HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, and ASP.Net. Develops server-side functionality directly related to the web front-end using ASP.Net and C#. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent. Minimum six years’ experience in coding with large scale software development experience. Technical experience with key technologies employed in the solution development including HTML5 and CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, ASP.Net, .Net and C#, TFS and MSBuild is preferred.
