*Location*: Boston, MA *Duration*: 6 Months *Local candidates only please* *Explanation:* Aspen customization is coded in Java but is maintained in an Aspen proprietary repository and therefore hard to manage and test. We want this contractor to focus on building a testing and configuration management framework for the Java customization that will enable us to do better unit testing and configuration management, and design a process for that to work with the Aspen repository. Our team has only basic experience with Java or Java tool set, so we really need someone who has strong experience here and can take the lead on Java tools and development practices. *Require:* · Experienced Java framework engineer. · Experience setting up testing and configuration tools and frameworks. · Experience refactoring Java code for unit-testing including mocking tools. · Configuration management and deployment experience. · 5+ years experience with Java.
