Installation of apps, work with users to customize parameters. Perform point and click changes inside applications. 3+ years experience providing application support. Client interfacing support for SDLC applications including IBM Rational Build Forge, CLM/RTC, ALM Quality Center, Interwoven, or similar SDLC applications. Requires application administration experience with configurations, Active Directory security schemes, user enrollments, data conversions, migrations and upgrades. Should also have some experience with scripting languages (Perl, SQL and/or Shell), databases (Sybase, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and OS support (Unix, Linux and/or Windows). Strong oral and written communication skills, self driven, quick learner, and ability to handle high volumes of user requests.
