Role : Microsoft Lync Engineer Location: Northern Ft. Worth, TX Duration: 12+ Months • Open tickets with Tier 3 support and assist on troubleshooting. • User provisioning and support. • User support for Microsoft Exchange UM 2013 hosted in Office 365.
