*Location*: Remote *Contract*: 6+ months *Interview*: Skype *Description:* *Job Responsibilities:* The main role of a Cloud Solutions Engineer/Database Administrator is to provide technical expertise to perform ERP/Database/Middleware activities in addition to troubleshooting and resolving highly complex technical problems. The key skills put to use on a daily basis are - high level of technical skills, technology stack knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer interaction/service expertise. *Essential Responsibilities and Duties* *Job duties are varied. Some of those job duties are described below:* · Install, configure, upgrade, patch and maintain technology stacks* · Apply Security Best Practices to technology stacks* · Debug issues related to technology stacks* · Coordinate physical and logical changes to enterprise databases, enterprise middleware components, and other technology stacks* · Proactively monitor and optimize system performance using tuning methodology for ERP and technology stack · Operate independently and as part of a team including remote team members · Other duties may be assigned as needed *See Expertise Documented in Position Requirements as “ERP and Technology Stack Specific Requirements” *Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:* · B.S (Computer Science/Engineering) or equivalent preferred.
