The systems analysis team plays a vital role in the creation of new software by providing system requirements, business knowledge and detailed analysis for the technology projects. The Systems Analysis team works closely with Development, Quality Assurance, Product marketing and the customer to determine the project scope, requirements and timeline. Software development experience is highly preferred, and the candidate must demonstrate very strong communication and time management skills. Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects and demonstrate the ability to utilize analytical thinking. Systems Analyst – Senior (ESS) *DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Serves as analyst and possible product owner for a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and debugging enhancements to Sabre projects · Provides business direction and technical analysis to the team o Understands, interprets and translates business requirements and technical specifications into the necessary user stories and flow documents · Assures adherence to Sabre product standards · Takes part in the analysis training and meetings, Agile iterations planning and demonstrations sessions · Determines functional requirements by analyzing business requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; analyzing technical specifications. · Improves systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. · Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. *QUALIFICATIONS:* · Minimum 5 years related experience (SOA experience preferred but analysis experience required) · Software development experience or education (can be in progress) highly desired · Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. · Self-motivated/independent and organizational skills required · Strong communication skills – both written and verbal · Analytical thinking and problem solving Thanks & Regards, Udbhav Mathur Talent Acquisition Specialist TEKshapers inc.
