The BA will be meeting with Employees, Tech's Stakeholders, Customers etc to figure out how to improve upon processes and create reports that can be shared Nation-Wide.* *This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between the tech team and the business team with a focus on the business side.* *Must Have-** Must be Willing to Travel** - *Ability to speak to Directors, Stakeholders, Executives, Tech.'s.* - *Need to be inquisitive: What reporting tool? What are we doing with that report? How are they using data?* - *Create Dashboards/ Reports - No tool in particular* - *Add Value and meaning to reports* - *Ability to deep dive and document current state processes/workflow.
