Needed Only USC, GC and GC-EAD who can do C2C *Position: *Sr. Business Consultant *Position Type:* Right to hire *Location: *MINNETONKA, MN Primary Responsibilities: • Analyze, review, forecast, and trend complex data - you will be empowered to impact the health care system through the analysis and interpretation of data, and presenting recommendations for business solutions. • Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning • Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis • Develop recommended business solutions through research and analysis of data and business process and implement when appropriate • Lead requirements gathering meetings with multiple business stakeholders and SMEs from five business units, as applicable: o Global Insurance o Global Assistance o Global Risk o Global Medical o Global Markets • Create, review and coordinate business signoff of User Stories (driving and documenting the core business needs underlying requirements) • Create, review and coordinate business & IT signoff of Use Cases (functional description of actions needed to meet the User Story requirements) • Negotiate and prioritize requirements with the functional areas impacted by a project (different areas often have competing needs) • Challenge assumptions and the “this-is-how-we’ve-always-done-it” mentality with business owners • Summarize and raise issues/conflicts to the project manager and senior leadership • Define project Critical Success Factors (acceptance criteria) which form the basis for QA test planning • Act as primary liaison between business and System Analysts, Development and QA • Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models.
