Wanted to automate up to 900 applications via Amazon Cloud Services. *Required Skills:* - Ensure high availability and security of all the digital products - Manage operational and support management including escalation and incident management procedures and execution - Taking customer centric approach, develop and maintain MHE/Engrade's infrastructure architecture and support services - keeping them aligned with business objectives - Partner with cross-functional technology teams to mature infrastructure projects and software development life cycle by applying industry best practices. Develop a high performing infrastructure architecture/support team that complements software architects in delivering highly available solutions for internal and external customers - Managing assigned projects, including planning, coordination, engineering, communication, tracking, and follow-up.
