The program provides a centralized access point for enterprise wide data with a focus on providing data that enables decision support and government transparency. A primary stakeholder is DC Government’s CapStat program (capstat.oca.dc.gov), a Mayoral initiative designed to help make the DC government accountable to its residents by providing access to information of interest to its citizens and by making the government operations as transparent as possible. *Behavior Characteristics: * * * Excellent written, oral communications, interpersonal skills.
