Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript technology. Build workflows and write automated scripts. Expertise in ITSM, CSM, ITOM modules. Design and implement ServiceNow customizations and workflows. Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform. Lead technical design sessions and mentor development teams. Align technical solutions with business needs and strategy. *Must-Have Skills: *Advanced customization in ServiceNow (Business Rules, UI Scripts, Workflows, Reports, etc.) Strong knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, AJAX, HTML5, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS3).
