Consultants should have hands on experience with Consolidated Invoicing, Technical Renewal Projects, Digital Strategy, PeopleSoft HR Upgrade, and Desktop Refresh. Serves as SME in all aspects of project management methodology and tools, as well as resource management practices and change management techniques Excellent ability to track and monitor project execution, regularly updating project plans and status reports actively identifies any issues or risks associated with a project, escalating them and possibly implementing mitigation strategies for risk prevention and timely resolution. Leads interdepartmental or interdivisional operational project * Requirements:* Fill Project Manager responsibilities in the Workforce Portfolio for PeopleSoft HR upgrade. Assist with process design, requirements definitions, analysis and design of enhancements. Direct the work of others to develop code, test and implement the solutions.** *Required Skills:* Consolidated Invoicing, Technical Renewal Projects, Digital Strategy, PeopleSoft HR Upgrade, Desktop Refresh Bachelor*s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field. Project Management Certification preferred.
