Location: Providence, RI {MUST BE LOCAL} 

Rate: $45/hr. 

 

 

QA Lead 

**Required**:

.NET application testing experience.
Stored procedures.
Test automation experience, expert in creating QTP scripts for Automation
Testing

Experience with HP Quality Center.

 

Environment: .NET framework, Visual Studio 2005,  <http://vb.net/> VB.NET,
Win forms, TFS, Biz Talk, SQL Server 2005, ClearQuest, QTP, Microsoft Tools
2003 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Share point portal, outlook 2007).


Responsibilities:
- A minimum of 7 years experience leading QA projects, having been
responsible for developing accurate estimates of time and effort required to
test complex business systems, including component / assembly testing,
integration testing, system testing, security and control testing, online
help and user interface testing, conversion testing, and regression testing.

- Experience producing the necessary work plans to accomplish the required
testing in a complex multi-platform web environment.
- Experience mapping business priorities and requirements into test
strategies and test plans, tracking the development of project artifacts
necessary for QA throughout projects, and developing and tracking quality
metrics for projects.
- Current hands on experience translating use cases into manual test cases.
- Solid XML testing experience and SQL query development, preferably on MS
SQL Server 2005.

- Experience performing Web services testing with XML data using Soup UI
tool.
