Duration: Northern NJ
Locatio6: 6 Months


The key to this project is that the candidate must be a Linux Administrator
with Websphere and UDB/DB2 experience.
Job Description:-

RESPONSIBILITIES - Linux Administrator
Design, implementation, testing and documentation of new and old
infrastructure components, services and enhancements.
Application / System Health / Performance Monitoring, including responding
to production issues and capacity planning and

sizing.
Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Contribute Process and Automation Improvements and discern issue patterns
with performance, reliability, or data integrity.


REQUIREMENTS - Linux Administrator
5 + years of experience working in Information Technology
Minimum 5 years system administration experience on Red Hat Linux
platforms with some AIX experience. RHCT/RHCE preferred.
Strong shell scripting, Perl development, RPM builds
Experience with HTTP, WebSphere, UDB / DB2 database applications.
Troubleshooting experience.
Working knowledge of a some of the following technologies: OpenLDAP, NFS,
NTP, DNS, Sendmail, Kickstart / Cobbler, DHCP, YUM,

Subversion, LVS, clustering, server virtualization (KVM, VMWare), OpenNMS.
