Mandatory Telecom industry experience. Face-to-Face Interview Required. Local Candidates Preferred. Scope of Work: • Perform customer solution requirements analysis and translate into detailed software requirements • Assist in providing cost estimation based on requirements • Can lead project teams of 4 or more people • Develop software architectures to meet customer solution requirements • Ensure end-to-end software programs adhere to requirement specification • Provide customer support services for trouble reports related to delivered software solutions (part of an on-call support roster) • Perform software configuration management and release management of software Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent Experience • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in a Software or Telecommunications environment • Experience working with external customers • Excellent knowledge of software architectures based on J2EE, J2ME, EJB, Servlet, JDBC, JFC/Swing, JMS, and JNDI • Experience working with external customers • Excellent knowledge and experience of WEB Portal development technologies and frameworks such as JSP, Java, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, SOAP, XML, XSLT, CSS, Spring, Struts, etc. • Strong knowledge of development using telecom standards and protocols such as Diameter, SIP, SS7, RTP, SNMP, HTTP, VXML, etc • Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Java, C/C++, Perl, TCL, etc • Profound DBA knowledge, Strong in Oracle • Strong knowledge of developing software for UNIX/Linux and PC environments • Strong knowledge of using tools related to software development such as Clearcase, CVS, eforge/teamforge, etc • Knowledge of Ericsson products and platforms (OSS, Charging, etc) would be a definite asset • Strong consulting skills. • Performance Management (PM) • Fault Management (FM) & Alarm correlation • Understanding of Business Objects -- Thanks and Regards Rashmi *Direct Clients, Inc * 421 N Northwest Highway, Suite 201 Barrington, IL - 60010 Phone: 847 387 8797 Fax: 847 387 8187 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
