This expected to have arisen from non-trivial work over the last three years that built recognized expertise with cryptographic (business) implementations. A person claiming an extensive background and familiarity with these topics will be assumed to be someone who has had assignments comparable to the scope above on at least three projects utilizing handheld systems and business processes such as ticketing systems. · Candidates will be screened in part on their ability to demonstrate familiarity with New York State's ESRA legislation and its impact on implementing digital and electronic signatures via software.** · A PhD in Mathematics or Computer Science or a closely related field is required.
