*Job Description - SharePoint Developer* *Duration: 6+ months* * * *Location: Herndon, VA* * * *Rate: DOE/HR* Skills are ranked by importance below. *Business objective is enhance MIRS application to add 'Model Suites' and 'Model Adjustments' functionality. MIRS (Model Inventory and Review System) facilitates the validation of business models and applications registered with MRO (Model Review Oversight) team by providing model owners an interface to register their models, to store information related to models and applications and to serve as a catalog for documents generated during reviews. MIRS also provides the MRO group with interactive report generating and editing capabilities, workflow capabilities for separation of duties, approvals, Model-Application cross-reference reporting etc. It will allow the model owners access to information related to model reviews and issues. Day to day activities will include development involving Sharepoint 2007, Sql Server, C#, Web Services etc. Qualifications · Candidate should have strong Sharepoint (MOSS 2007) · Candidate should have a strong understanding of the .NET development platform, object-oriented design concepts, and the ability to apply these tools to design, implement, and support solutions based on requirements.
