REQUIREMENT: SAP Testing Lead Franklin Lakes New Jersey One (1) Year Duration 1 year Rate Open At least 10+ years of testing experience including in tools like SAP TAO, HPQC and QTP. Must be able to define/ understand testing strategy Proficient in test management activities Develop the test plan for the testing activities and obtain stakeholder support for this plan Coordinate and Manage day to day testing activities like: Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project o Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization o Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained o Organize and conduct testing kick-off meetings o Check / Review the Test Cases documents o Estimate and obtain leadership support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing o Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc o Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project o Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client o Coordinate the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup Act as the single point of contact for Process and Program teams to all testing activities and Testers Prior SAP manual testing experience Working experience in Testing tools like Load Runner, SAP TAO, QTP and HPQC Prior experience in deploying test strategy for a large SAP program.
