There is also a hands-on requirement for this role as we also need to support the client’s technical resource in the data transformation into JD Edwards, Agile for Process and Oracle Transporation Management (the client will be using IBM DataStage as the ETL tool). This resource will also lead the Go Live cutover planning including interacting with all levels of the functional and technical project team. Listed below in relative order of priority are the skills and experience needed for this lead role: 1. Self-starter, able to manage and drive a team including client resources; good client relationship skills. 2. Understands both functional (business) and technical factors involved in data conversion and Go Live cutover 3. Prior conversion/cutover lead experience involving JD Edwards. Experience in Agile for Process and Oracle Transportation Management is a plus. 4.
