Very Immediate need of Sr. Cognos developer // Minnetonka, MN // 6 Months Job Title : Sr. Cognos developer Location : Minnetonka, MN Duration : 6 Months Must be Green card, US Citizen or EAD Green Card Healthcare experience is highly desired. Job Responsibilities: Sr. Cognos Consultant’s with a minimum of 6 years of experience using Cognos 8. Resources must have Strong data modeling, data architecture and analytical skills. They should also have 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and 2-3 years of experience as Cognos report developer. The following skills are also required: Requirement gathering for reports, dashboards and scorecards Run JAD sessions with the business to define future reporting requirements De-duplication and standardization of like reports and metrics Detailed metadata collection and socialization Design future state reports, dashboards and scorecards Develop reports, scorecards and dashboards Document detailed design and receive approval from stakeholders Define system test and user acceptance test cases Participate in planning and performing the tests Healthcare experience is highly desired but not required.
