We need a .Net Tech Lead
Job Title: *Tech Lead*
Work Location: *Hightstown, NJ*
Duration: *3-6 Months*
Rate: *$55/HR on C2C Max*
Relevant Experience (Yrs): *6-8 years of experience. *
Must have experience in .NET technology development project.
Recommended to have experience in providing technical solutions and
architecture/framework building
Experience in Agile methodology implementation will be added advantage.
*Necessary Skills:*
Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 3.5 concepts like WCF, LINQ and
Service-oriented solution approaches
Strong knowledge of ASP.NET programming using C#
Should have hands-on experience in C# development
Should have good Oracle PL/SQL knowledge
Strong knowledge of XML manipulation
Knowledge of XPath /XQuery will be added advantage
Need to have excellent communication skills, demonstrate excellent problem
solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience in working in an onsite-offshore methodology
*Desired Skills:*
Worked in Agile methodology
Should have experience in use-case/user-story documentation
Preferred to have worked directly with customer Tech Lead/team
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
Technology solution and architecture definition
Coordinating with customer Technology Lead/team
Participating in JAD sessions with Customer team and Product vendors
Design and development of components
Coordination between onsite-offshore team
Basic troubleshooting
Supporting Deployment Activities
Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis
