*Required skills / experience:*

7-9 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of
enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, utilizing technologies such as JSP
and JDBC.
At least 2 years of experience in the role of Lead Developer, and experience
with architecture and design of web applications.
Must have managed development team and have his own responsibility for
delivering to the client within the estimated time
Working knowledge of HTML and XML, Web Services is preferred
Experience with web frameworks like struts/spring
Must have a strong background in full life cycle development
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Possess a strong understanding of IT concepts including database concepts,
structures, software / application development techniques and testing
techniques

Financial services or banking industry experience is highly preferred
Good understanding of software development life cycle and coding standards.
Technical documentation content and template creation skills needed.
Time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
