Works with individuals across all disciplines in defining and documenting technology solutions to include the Technology resources, and Operations and Client representatives. (1) Identifies and documents mutually agreed-to scope of work, (2) Identifies and documents mutually agreed-to business and functional requirements, (3) Identifies and documents mutually agreed-to infrastructure requirements including SLAs, (4) Defines and documents the change management process, (5) Defines and documents testing requirements, including test cases and test scripts, (6) Assists with component testing, (7) Prepares new system and support documentation as required, (8) Provides ongoing interpretation of new requests based on knowledge of previous solutions provided, (9) Assists in the investigation of impact and problem solving based on detailed knowledge of that solution.
