A lot of people have not passed the tech screen due to not a lot of “hands on “ Informatica skills. JOB DESCRPTION This particular project of Client's is working with Mt. Laurel, NJ. All work will be done there. They are looking for a Senior Level ETL Developer with a strong Informatica background. They would strongly prefer someone that has lead a team before. One of the key components of this position is there interpersonal skills. This candidate must be able to interface/communicate with the client and other team members, so soft skills are as important at the technical side. That being said the technical side has to be there as well. They not just looking for someone just to come in and create maps. They want someone with a higher level design view as well as the mapping skills.
