Type:Contract Only *H1b's can be submitted for this spot.* The primary role of the IT Facets Program Manager position is to provide IT leadership for the implementation of the Trizetto Facets core application and peripheral applications. This includes fostering key relationships with internal business subject matter experts and leaders. This position must be very familiar with the Trizetto Facets application and corresponding functionality. This role should also have prior experience with Facets Upgrades 4.6, 4.7, 4.8, as well as HIPAA 5010 projects. *Experience with Texas Medicaid Experience.* *Essential Duties* 1. Manage lifecycle of Facets and peripheral application project schedules. 2. Provide project/program level status reporting. 3. Drive work process for full time employees and contractors. 4. Drive requirements process for new project lifecycle. 5. Facilitate project meetings, 6. Drive resolution of issues and action Items. 7. Work independently and direct work of other Project Coordinator and contractors. *Experience* 1. Trizetto Facets 4.x Core application, NetworX, workflow, HIPAA Gateway, etc. 2. Microsoft office suite - Expert. Specifically Excel. Microsoft Project proficient. 3. Project Life Cycle knowledge 4. PMP Preferred. 5. Health Insurance product and technology experience preferred. 6. Migrating custom code, applications, systems Superior communication skills, political correctness, polished 7.
