The main responsible are in these three main areas: 1) Database Architecture and Strategy (DR planning, virtualization, cloud, environment mgmt., etc.) 2) Database Operations and Administration (Job monitoring, optimization, performance, etc.) 3) Data Architecture and Reporting (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS and other report development) *Technical Skills Requirements* - Deep knowledge (5+ years) and proven mastery of Microsoft SQL server suite of services including by not limited to scalability and performance, enterprise security, high availability, reporting integration and analysis servers across all versions of SQL Server greater than 2005. - 2 to 3 years’ experience with SQL Server Profiler, replication services, SCCM, SCOM, power shell and SQL management studios are required - 5+ years’ experience with data based design and modeling with a strong knowledge and proven experience with relational databases and design principles (OLTP, Star Scheme, and Snow Flake designs) - Proven ability and experience in writing complex T-SQL and other database related objects (stored procs, functions, tables, views, triggers, indexes, constraints, etc) - Experience with developing packages with SSIS to execute routine and complex database processes including use of PowerShell. - Experience developing SSIS and SQL solutions to provide business and operational level reporting. - Experience with SharePoint a great plus.
