Complete Description: The purpose of this request is to augment the technical staff of the Information Technology Office (ITO). This senior .NET developer will have excellent technical and communication skills. This contractor will assist us with our projects involving C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server etc. Selected staff will deliver completed system documentation including system requirements and work flow analysis document, design and program specification documents, and test plans. Also candidate will deliver code modules (C#, ASP.NET, MS SQL Server, etc…) as assigned, and conduct code reviews, and provide status reports to project manager and project lead.
