Lynchburg- VA *Job Title* : *Performance Test coordinator/Lead* *Relevant Experience (Yrs) * : At least 6 years of IT experience , with at least 2 years in Performance Testing *Technical/Functional Skills * : Extensive experience on leading a team planning and executing performance testing activities of mission critical applications in a large enterprise. Conversant with Insurance applications and processes. *Experience Required* : · Experience in HP performance center. · Experience in working with Various business teams to understand performance requirements/work breakdown . · Able to handle multiple priorities and motivate team members to achieve results. Must be self motivated. · Knowledge of other HP tools (Quality center/UCMDB/release control/PPM ) is a plus. · Process Mindset.
