He or she will work closely with graphic designers and other development teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of dashboards and interactive web applications by taking designed Photoshop comps of Web pages and produce them into HTML/CSS pages. This person will also convert specifications and requirements into functional web pages and works with the back-end developers to create database-driven templates for functional web pages. He or she should be well versed in behavior related to the use of different DOCTYPE declarations, character encoding, W3C standards compliance and accessibility issues. It’s important that this person really understands the best practices for delivering fast loading web sites. This is an active Agile/SCRUM environment. Finally, he or she will definitely need to demonstrate a focus on quality (unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing).
