*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:* Supports the AS/400 custom applications. Develops and enhances programs and educates users on new programs. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to the AS/400 system. Provides project management support including, scope, analysis, enhancements, writing specs, creation/modifications, testing, implementation and contingency plans.
